There are so many benefits to drinking water: it promotes healthy weight management, improves your complexion, provides energy, and flushes out toxins. The list goes on.

But many of us tend to drink less than we should. Whether it’s because we don't feel thirsty, we don't like the taste of it, or we simply forget.

A general recommendation is to drink half your body weight in ounces of water. For example, if you weigh 150 pounds, your goal would be to drink 75 ounces of water throughout the day

If you aren’t a big water fan (yet!) – try sprucing it up with some natural flavor. Infuse your water with fresh fruit or fruit and herb combinations. A few of my favorite options are cucumber & mint, organic orange peel, strawberry & lime, or just a simple lemon squeeze.

Now that spring is here and everything starts anew, let's create a new healthy habit and drink more water.
