Water Drinking Challenge - Your New Healthy Habit

So how did this spring challenge go for you? Have you increased your daily water intake? Have you been consistent with it?
If you want an activity to become a rock-solid habit, its needs repetition. You need to create a steady routine. And contrary to popular belief, 21 days of repeated activity is usually not enough to really make a new habit stick (cf. my short post on creating healthy habits)
One routine you could create is to try drinking a full glass of water about 30 minutes before every meal. This will help you effortlessly get in 8-10 oz three times a day, help create the habit and intention of drinking more water, and help your digestion.
